Ongoing Disruption Caused by Volcanic Eruption in Iceland (18/04/2010)
Due to the continued levels of volcanic ash in the atmosphere over the Northern parts of Europe and the Atlantic Ocean caused by the volcanic eruption in Iceland, flights arriving and leaving the UK remain cancelled.
Following further information from National Air Traffic Services (NATS) about the path of the volcanic ash affecting all UK airspace and airlines, all British Airways flights into and out of the UK on Sunday April 18 and Monday 19 April 2010 are cancelled.
We are keeping our flying schedule under constant review and will aim to give customers as much notice as possible once we receive more information from NATS.
Please do not deliver any additional freight to your local BA World Cargo offices until a representative has confirmed transport details with you.
Your local BA World Cargo representative will contact you as required to make alternative arrangements for your consignment as soon as possible.
