Priority handling and loading
We use teams of highly trained and professional people to ensure your freight receives priority service at all times.

You'll be given a definite collection time for your freight and documents at the time of booking and you'll know which flight your freight is booked on.

Reliability and reassurance
In the unlikely event that we are unable to fly your cargo as booked, we'll contact you within 2 hours of your Scheduled Time of Departure (STD). We will ensure your freight arrives at its destination within 24 hours of your original Scheduled Time of Arrival (STA) (subject to schedule). If we are unable to contact you outside of normal working hours, we'll contact you first thing the next working day.
Making your booking
Bookings can be made via the local Call Centre or through GF-X (Note: This will open in a new window).
The Prioritise Dry Ice Service
Freight packaged with dry ice can use Prioritise. Cut-off times may vary to allow for safety checks.

With the Prioritise performance guarantee, should your cargo not fly as booked, we'll refund 50% of your freight charges.
Short cut-off and early availability times:
Cut-off and availability times are just 90 minutes for both freight and documents at most stations. That's the fastest published time for heavy freight by any carrier.

Fast priority connections:
Connection times at LHR and LGW are just 180 minutes for unitised freight and 240 minutes for loose freight.
Connection times between LHR and LGW are subject to schedule.
Booking Window:
STD minus 14 days until no more capacity is available.
Permanent Booking available:
Block space agreements and permanent bookings are available.
Restrictions:
Flights operated by BA only. No dangerous goods (except dry ice), livestock or human remains. No customs productions.
